Introduction

The Korean Language Education Center (KLEC) was established in August, 2004 under the aegis of the Institute of Global
Education to teach Korean language and culture to international students from around the world. We have various Korean language
programs. Our program are designed to improve communicational competence and performance.

Our teacher are fully experienced in teaching Korean as second language. They have completed a training program in teaching Korean
as second language. So, they are well versed in Korean grammer, language acquisition theory and methods for the teaching of Korean
language skills, etc. With enthusiastic and experienced teachers, foreign students learn and practice speaking, listening, reading
and writing skills in a well-equipped environment.

Hallym University is in Chuncheon, which is located approximately 90 kilometers north-east of Seoul, in one of the most beautiful areas
of Korea. While it remains an easy commute to Seoul, Chuncheon offers students the warmth and hospitality of a small Korean city.
Further, as the emerging leisure capital of Korea, Chuncheon provides ample opportunities to enjoy a range of recreational activities
in beautiful surroundings.
