① Submitting Applications
Send all completed application forms and supporting documentation to:

Alternatively, you may visit our Office of Admissions to submit your application in person:

NOTE: All application materials must be received by the application deadline.
You must provide the notarized Korean or English translations of all documents not in Korean or English.
② Record examination & interview:
For foreigners who are living abroad, a document examination is a substitute for an interview.
2) Admission Criteria
When evaluating your application for admission, we think collectively on the basis of many factors. Although your academic
performance in University or Graduate School (your GPA and the quality of your course work) is the most important indicator
of success, we also consider other factors: Letters of Evaluation (Form2), Curriculum Vitae & Letter of Personal Introduction (Form 3),
Description of Planned Studies (Form 4), Financial Certification (Form5) and status, as well as other achievement records and/or
descriptions of specific qualifications and experiences, Korean and other (especially English) language proficiency etc.
In reviewing applications, the Admissions Committee and the President considers the level of studies completed, the quality of
achievement, characteristics of the institution attended, appropriateness of goals and suitability of preparation for the proposed
program of studies.
Hallym University Graduate School admits qualified persons without regard to sex, physical handicap, race, color or national or
