When and how to sign up courses

1) The enrollment of each semester is conducted prior to the start of the course. Students should be fully informed of the enrollment application notice and then enter the application courses via the Internet during the enrollment period.
2) If necessary, students can receive academic counseling or guidance of their advisory and must sign up for courses on the fixed date for each grade.

2) Students must sign up for at least 12 credits in the first semester of the 4th grade and 1 course in the final semester.
3) Students with a grade of 3.75 or higher in the previous semester can exceed up to 3 credits from maximum credits.
4) Scholarship applicants must earn a GPA of 2.0 or higher in the previous semester, and must earn at least the standard credits by college and the year of admission. (Applied by students 033-248-1070)

Academic regulations that you should know when signing up for courses

1) In principle, students are required to attend the designated subjects (Required Basics, Liberal Arts subjects of faculty (department), divided subjects of major courses, etc.) in the designated class
2) You can not doubly apply for courses with overlapping classes.
3) The grades of courses not enrolled are not recognized.
4) If there is an error in enrollment due to your negligence, you must be responsible for that. Therefore, log in to the integrated information system after signing up for classes to check whether names of courses, credits, department and professors you have taken for have no problem.
* Be careful to thoroughly manage user password of integrated information system for accurate management of academic affairs and personal information including enrollment

Change of enrollment and withdrawal of courses

1) You can set the first week after the start of the course as a lecture demonstration period and free enrollment change period and can access the enrollment site while listening to the lecture directly and change it regardless of grades.
2) If you want to withdraw a course you have taken, you can withdraw the course through the site for a fixed period of time before 1/4 of the number of the class weeks
3) You can withdraw up to 2 courses per semester, but you cannot withdraw courses if the withdrawal results in cancellation of the class due to the lack of students.
4) After the withdrawal, the enrollment credits must be at least the minimum credits per semester.
5) The withdrawn courses can not be taken again in that semester, so you must handle them with care. If you give up your course without any necessary procedures, the grade will be "F", "N".
