spring 2021 semester course registration information

Students are requested to proceed with the course registration according to the instructions.
 
 ■ Enrollment Period: Monday 15th February, (10:00am) to Friday 19th February (17:00)

Please note, however it is only possible to register on certain dates, based on students’ year of study. 


students cannot enroll during the daily server checks 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

* How to check your corresponding grade:


① Check “Temporary Grade” in the Integrated Information System 『Academic Administration』 → 『Academics』 → 『Scholarship Search』

① 통합정보시스템 『학사행정』 → 『학적』 → 『학적조회』 에서 “임시학년” 확인


② Check the “Temporary Grade” on the course registration site

② 수강신청 사이트에서 “임시학년” 확인


■ How to apply for a course. 


Web registration (It is optimized for Chrome and Firefox browsers.)

① Access through the school's main homepage (https://www.hallym.ac.kr/ )

 ② Directly access the course registration site ( https://haksa.hallym.ac.kr /hluv/ )

   2. Mobile Course Registration Install 'Hallym

     University Course Registration' app (use after update for existing installers) → Log in → Course registration


■ Opening lecture views: enrollment site after logging in, can be found in "View" (‘조회’ ) tab
     - there may be some adjustments to the course information based on pre-demand survey)
     - Class related questions:  by department (Click)


■ Points to note when registering for online courses-

Apply after checking the online class type when registering for a course
 -Apply in consideration of the moving time of the classroom and real-time online course conditions


※ Notes when registering for 100% online classes


   ① e-learning : You can take classes without a set time using Smart LEAD → You can apply regardless of other class schedules, and the timetable information is written as “Online O”.


However, for some classes, offline classes and timetables may not be overlapped (check with the department in charge for the subject)

      → Application is possible regardless of other class timetables


Example 2)

 

 → Fixed timetable for 3rd and 4th classes (cannot overlap with other classes)
 
   ② Video lecture (formerly real-time video lecture): lecture in real time at the specified time
       → Cannot overlap with other classes.


■ Class schedule inquiry:
 After accessing the course registration site ( https://haksa.hallym.ac.kr/hluv/ ), Check in 『Open Course Inquiry』> 『개설과목조회』
 
 ■Please confirm successful selection of course choices after the final day.
 
 ■ How to check the shopping cart transfer result (scheduled after 2. 9. (Tue) 18:00)
 ① Course registration site 『Inquiry』 → 『Class registration』 → 『Class registration details』

  • 수강신청 사이트 『조회』 → 『수강신청』 → 『수강신청 내역』 확인
     ② Course registration site 『1st semester Application』 → 『Shopping Cart』 → 『Course Registration Details』 Check ② 수강신청 사이트 『1학기 수강신청』 → 『장바구니』 → 『수강신청 내역』 확인
        (수강신청 내역에서 조회되는 과목은 수강신청된 것)
             (The subject inquired in the course registration details is the one that was enrolled)
         ③ Integrated Information System → 『Academic Administration』 → 『Academics』 → 『Academic Inquiry』 → 『Course History Inquiry " Confirm③ 통합정보시스템 → 『학사행정』 → 『학적』 → 『학적조회』 → 『수강내역 조회』 확인
     ※ Courses not listed in the course details are not transferred and must be applied directly at the time of course registration.
  • ※ For more information on tuition payment, contact the Finance Team.
    ※ Re-announcement if schedule changes.
     
     ■ Odyssey Seminar course enrollment information
         -In the case of Odyssey Seminar, please take the class opened in your main major (first major).
     
     ■ Information on the minimum credit criteria for scholarships (Inquiries: Student Support Team 033-248-1061~5)-Credits
         received without taking courses are excluded from the scholarship.
           (ex. Certified English/Computer Certificate Credit Acquisition System, Hallym Book Log, Autonomous Service Certification, Newbie Guide, etc.)
         -Please note that this subject is excluded from the minimum credit requirements for each college/school.
     
     ■ Other notes:
         -If you attempt to access abnormalities such as multi-login and macros, you may be penalized for course registration .
         -Professor-child class guide (recommended by the Ministry of Education): If you are a child of a professor in charge of the subject you want to take, please refrain from taking the class.
